[SML] HDCP and EDID again

Had another presenter show up at the last minute, last night. Latest MAC
Book and OS. Wouldn't recognize VGA, but worked with HDMI ! Since it
was the last minute, didn't have time to do any investigation. Got to
borrow one and experiment.
We're trying very hard to discourage the use of users' computers.
Export your presentation to graphics and let us handle it.
