[SML] PayPal oops

For those who use PayPal...

I downloaded a transaction history to balance against our books and ran
across an entry that we don't have.  Checked on the paypay web page and
that entry isn't there.  !!!!

Called them, they found it.  The transaction was from November and was
somehow included in the February transaction download. 

I don't like when they move transactions to a different year!  The
person I talked to studied accounting and understood, took time to fill
out a bug report.
