[SML] Stage lighting educational materials?

[Stephen Rees]

Both are good choices from Jeff. Also, older but still useful for the
basics is  "Lighting The Stage: Art and Practice by Willard Bellman". The
section on control and much of instrumentation will be dated, but the
concepts hold up well.
