The one you linked to at B&H is one I have.  I think it would be possible to remove the plastic cover over the LED, and put a red gel inside.  And since the two lamps are controlled separately, you can have one red and one white.  However, I got mine for a lot cheaper than $15. It was under $6 (including shipping) at Deal Extreme,
