[SML] Small displays

I just found nice little inexpensive displays that were originally made
for non-smart cell phones.  Cheap, readily available, easy to program
(SPI or just bit bang).  Pure graphic (84 x 48) so you can do an icon,
text, etc.  Backlit.  Display can be fully updated as fast as 1mS.

Just search for "Nokia 5110 display".
