R33 (nice healthy-flesh pink for paler skin tones - a must for FOH in musicals)
R05 (nice for darker skin tones FOH in musicals)
R02 (when you don't want to blind your performers with "white-open" but not have a lot of color in the lamp - nice for general FOH wash)
R 51 ("surprise pink" - gives a nice not saturated pinkish glow)
L201 (great for nighttime and backlight - someone mentioned L203 - also good)
The three primary colors
R119 and R132 for frosts
There's my top 10.
I also use a lot of R53, R83, and R365.
