Hey gang,

Due to a last-minute change of plans, we are (urgently) in need of a Cutter/Draper for the 17-18 season. See below:

Costume Shop Cutter/Draper: Syracuse Stage, a leading LORT theatre affiliated with Syracuse University, is accepting resumes for a Costume Shop Cutter/Draper. Seasonal position begins in mid-August. Looking for INTERIM and PERMANENT candidates. Responsible for patterning and cutting assigned costumes for Syracuse Stage and Syracuse University Drama Department and overseeing First Hand and Stitchers. Also responsible for supervising fittings on assigned costumes. Candidates should have supervisory experience and good people skills. Candidates must be able to manage time well and work effectively with student and professionals in a fast paced environment. This is a full-time, seasonal position.  I would be happy to answer any questions regarding Syracuse Stage (and or Syracuse in general) for anyone interested in the position.  If someone has position-specific questions, I can pass them along to our Costumer for answers.
