You might see if you can rent some Elation SixPar LED, which is RGBAW+UV. http://www.elationlighting.com/sixpar-300

They have 6 models -100, -200, -300, different number of LED/lumens output, all have an IP version rated for outdoors.

I've been very satisfied with them, though I have not flooded a full stage with only them to see how the do blacklight.

Just googling for LED RGBAW+UV will bring up a large number of fixtures.

Howdy all.... been a while since I've had to spec blacklight (other
than stuff that could be done with fluorescents, or small spots from
my wiggle lights). I have a dance rental that wants full-stage wash of
black light for a piece.... but I don't know what's really out there
anymore. Used to use the 400w floods, with stagehands to douse the
lamps (since they're not dimmable).... not a practical practice this
time around - I have no crew to hang out on the catwalks and black out
the floods.

What's out there in rental-land these days? (Hoping my local rental
houses might have what you suggest....)
