[SML] Dutch manning Flats

Scott, et al.  I concur that thinned vinyl acrylic paint can be used as an
adhesive, but I worry that if thinned too much, the adhesive properties of
the paint might allow the dutchman to not stick as well as you'd like.  I
am not averse to adding a bit of the base color to the thinned glue
however. I figure that the dutchman goes on before the base coat does
anyway so any difference in color will be covered in the end product.
