[SML] SM monitor camera

There are some things from Harbor Freight that are actually quite
good*.  I don't know about that particular camera, but check the reviews.

* we were amazed with their metal cutting circular saw.  It eats through
10 gauge steel "like butter" making out blue chips and hardly any sparks.
