[SML] Opinions on Strand C21 dimmers?

A bit more details at COC.

Most of the failures at the COC Four Seasons Centre have been the sine wave
modules. Many of the problems have been because of over heating. There was
a flaw in how the over temp sensor was mounted/connected. A local 
electronics consultant devised a work-around.

Apparrently, when a sine wave module goes back to Strand, it comes back
as an IGBT type module. Looks like sine wave is no longer offered by Strand.

The sine wave modules were the most complex-looking of dimmers. In fact,
when the FSC was being designed, the sine waves were dimmer per module.
By the time they were installed in 2006, they had shrunk to the more
familiar two dimmers per module.
