[SML] Scaffolding for FOH

We recently got the seating redone in a theatre after using a Yellow Bil
Jax Scaffold Toweer for years that would no longer fit. We purhcased
http://www.lightbulbscaffold.com/ and it's awesome, it's our go to for
setups versus the Bil Jax stuff.
