Do any of your lights have a DMX signal present indicator? If so, does the
indicator appear to be flashing normally?

Are you using the two DMX ports on the back of the console or are you using
networking?

If using the two DMX ports:

Exit into 'Settings' and check that Local DMX is enabled, DMX is the default
and that the two universes are configured correctly.

If that does not fix the problem and you system configuration appears correct,
call ETC for tech support.
