If you have your detailed purchase records available,  just using those would probably give you your list based on your previous years purchases.   Rather more reliable than my not adequately caffiened brain would.

Subject: [SML] Construction Materials List

As a smaller institution, our University opted into an EPA program several years back to develop an Environmental Management System in order to remain conditionally exempt in terms of waste production.  In order to meet certain qualifications we have to watch our waste output and type of materials (i.e. no asbestos in drywall materials, types of construction adhesive, etc.).  As part of an ongoing audit system our theatre department was requested to make a materials list for each show to be approved prior to construction.  As is often the case, there is always something you didn't know you need until crunch time so I am working to put together a pre-approved list that encompasses a majority of the typical items.  I am curious if anyone else has put together a similar list?  I realize this can easily turn into something pretty long, but want to make sure I don't pass over something common beyond the typical (lumber, hardware and latex paint).

Thanks for your thoughts!
