[SML] Manual deck winch

When we needed a manual deck winch we made it ourselves.  I prefer to drive moving scenery with roller chain rather than cable, so we built a tube steel stand with a vertical shaft in the center having a roller chain sprocket at the bottom, and a cross handle at the top.  For heavy units a long cross handle is installed and 2 stagehands walk around the unit, for lighter units 1 stagehand uses a hand crank
