[SML] Ball slides

Just a heads up:  One of our 3D printers jammed and on inspecting it 
found the ball bearing slides are dry and worn.  I ordered a replacement 
and they came dry.

In the past these always came packed with grease just like you'd expect 
a regular round bearing.

Time to buy some ball bearing grease...
