[SML] ERS names

In my corner of the West Coast (San Francisco) they get called a variety of
things.  Leko is generic; but increasingly the name of the unit is used.  I
suspect that this is because frequently several different kinds of units
will be on one show, so, for example, the Ovations are the side lights
while the Lustr units are front lights.
Of course the Lustr units could be called Source 4's....
My .02 cents is to stay flexible, go with whatever the boss today wants to
call them, and try to keep up with all the new fixtures!
