I can get you close but its not cheap

run one power and one network line to the podium, use tourcat or tactical
cat6 with ethercons
You can find power and network all in one cables for LED walls, not sure if
they are legal

install a network switch in the podium

convert your signals to network protocols,
Aurora Multimedia make an excellent HDMI and VGA IP system -   HTW-2
rdl makes a Dante Mic pre

Alternatively, Sommer Cable in Europe make what you are looking for, not
sure if it would be legal here - search for sommer P24G-E
