[SML] Fireworks basics

The local JCs will see what they get in the package from our vendor this year,
but we have never had Mexican shells in the past.

There have been Chinese, Japanese, US and occasionally some Australian shells.
Most are from China - and the quality has improved greatly over the last few
year.
