[SML] What is this cap called?

Well, the cap itself isn't broken, per se, but the chain, which is
riveted on, is broken, so I was looking to see if I could find a new
cap, and either get a new cap with either a removable chain
attachment, or something.... I just found it on McMaster: "Mil Spec
Signal/Power Connector" - and below that are aluminum caps.  But they
look like they have the same type of wimpy, riveted-on keeper chain.
(Well, their chain looks stronger than the one I had, but the same
riveted connection.)
