[SML] What is this cap called?

You may end up having to buy an entire connector, to be able to replace the cap and chain. If that is the case, I would certainly look at any other possibilities because of cost, and hassle of reconnecting all the connections. Have you considered epoxying a new connection to chain on the outside of the cap?
