 I think the missing part of your search, that would have allowed better results, is to add "DC" and eliminate anything that says "AC".  
I am not clear if you are needing this is for a set piece, or for actual makeup use.
In regards to your form factor, these types of bulbs are used in RV's and campers. Also, people who are "off grid"  Though, the form factor you are seeking, with 12v DC were much more popular a few decades ago.  Also, Amish use them, but they have transitioned to LED lamps in the Lancaster area.  
If they are for an actual makeup table, be aware that many LED bulbs have poor color rendering ability.  I have been attempting to design a portable makeup mirror with LED lighting over the past year.  It seems that good color rendering and high efficiency are incompatible goals. So, since 12v DC lamps are probably being powered by battery, efficiency wins out.  Furthermore, all my effort at the low-price point, to find a 12v or 5v DC light source have resulted in being shipped a lamp that is, at its best, a poor color spectrum.  Many grossly exaggerate the light output as well.
