[SML] Cleaning the audience space

We have a similar set up to you. We don’t sell food, but if you have move
able seats you can take them all off the risers vacuum down the whole thing
and put the seats back. I don’t know the size of your venue though (ours
seats about 70) or how long you have between shows.
