Perhaps an "invasion of privacy" lawsuit? 

It's part of the alert system that tells folks in Florida that some "silver" person is missing or here in WI that "Amber" is missing. 

I'd prefer to opt in, but that's not possible.

How do I get on the 'Do Not Call List' for Presidential messages? Every cellphone within audible range has beeped - it is a cacophony of sound and is disruptive to the peace and quiet I enjoy when offstage or in a courtroom.
