[SML] LED par

I needed to replace a burned out par lamp with LED but didn't have acess 
to anything right off.  So, Jerry Rig it.  I cut the reflector off the 
old halogen and inserted an all-side throe LED that I did have.  Works 
way better than I would have expected.

I cut the par with a diamond blade in a flex shaft grinder.

Always use appropriate ppe, for grinding on lamps I'd suggest having an 
intern do it while you head to the bar.
