[SML] Inspections of rigging at high schools

I have a vague recollection of a conversation about free/lower cost rigging inspections for high schools by someone on the mailing list.
I have a friend at a local high school who would like their HS rigging inspected.

Anyone have any idea who did those, and if they still do them?
