[SML] Sound Design Programs

All,

     I have a student looking to pursue sound design at a four year school
after completing his associates degree here. He is willing to travel, so
region doesn't have to be specific. What programs are out there where
someone can really specialize? He's more interested in content creation,
than system design.

Any Leads would be greatly appreciated.
