[SML] Balcony Rails

Dear Barry,
'L' profile bronze-colored aluminum is good for stair-edge protectors,
rather than plastic, which is harder to see. LEDs work on stair-edges, are
more complicated to install and power, but can substitute for aisle lights
by providing 2FC on the carpet.
