[SML] Thin knee pads?

I have used knee pad inserts with Dickies Double-Knee work pants, but they
were not really necessary, upon reflection, except when blasting
Hilti-nails into hardened concrete floors. Pieces of 100# Jute carpet
padding scraps seem to work as well, IIRC.
