[SML] update on our moving

We will be moving when our new building is complete which will be next
summer (exact time depends on winter weather impacting construction).

In preparation we're cutting back business and new product designs are
on hold.  We will be accepting orders until some time in the spring when
we will shut down here to pack everything up.
