[SML] Worker dies during setup for Boston First Night today.

It is with sadness that I report on a stagehand being killed Saturday 
morning in Copley Square Boston where the main stage was being built for 
First Night.  Official statements from authorities are thin on 
information.  Various news organizations are reporting that the man was 
killed when a ballast being placed for one of the towers slipped from 
the forklift and landed on the workers chest.   Some reports say that he 
was an employee of United Staging and Rigging.
