[SML] Brickhouse rope locks

We are contemplating some refurbishment of our counterweight rigging system, pending funding of course.  As part of the work I was considering changing the rope locks over to the Thern BRICKHOUSE locks.  Any comments pro or con from folks who have used them would be appreciated
