I’m an avid Filemaker Pro user, and might have suggested this - BUT - the OP wanted to be able to share the file, and with FMP the recipient must also have Filemaker Pro in order to open it.  Also, the files are NOT backward compatible (don’t get me started on that!) so both people must also have age same version of the program.
