I'll third the RPAU mount. We use Chief mounts exclusively - clear directions and sturdy stuff. It will not be the cheapest option, it will be the best. They make several kinds and all are well done. They also take paint well (don't paint the threads) if you want a different color.

I'll second the Chief RPAU recommendation.  We've used it on a variety 
of projectors and only had one it wouldn't fit.  (Epson Z-series.) The 
RPAU is low-profile enough to fit our stacker mount easily.
