[SML] Theater Style seating and codes for it

Usually lurking, but...I was just looking similar things up for a client
also in Maryland. As near as I can tell, you are subject to the following
(with respect to the theater seating, even if only peripherally):

Amended version of the 2015 International Building Code
Maryland Rehabilitation Code (COMAR 05.16.01, 2009 IBC) - Maybe, depending
on AHJ opinion and methodology?
2014 National Electrical Code
2015 Life Safety Code (NFPA 101)
Maryland Accessibility Code (COMAR 05.02.02)
Maryland Fire Prevention Code (COMAR 29.06.01-29.06.16, Uniform Fire Code -
NFPA 1)
