You may want to investigate what local groups do t-shirt printing. In
my local area their are 2 or 3 different places that offer this service.
One person is the point person who collects the orders, & any checks
are made out to the printing company directly.

They said that not enough purchase them, and it is not worth the administrative hassle. They already have someone who creates custom artwork for their posters, and normally the T-shirt is very similar in design, if not an exact duplicate.

It seems there are many on-line services that permit you to upload an image, and will print it on whatever shirt you want. The prices for a single shirt seems to start at around $20. But, by the time you get to 5 shirts, the prices drop to $15, with further discounts as the quantity increases.
