[SML] Is everyone still ok?

Keeping on in Delaware.  Campus is shut down (I sure hope the custodians 
turned off the house lights.)  Waiting on news about whether we'll be 
hosting virtual commencement in my theater.

In the interim, I'm getting a lot of ETCP renewal credits, thanks to 
ETC's Study Hall.  As my unit is under the IT umbrella on campus, I've 
been assigned to front-line support for the 6,000+ classes that have 
moved online through Zoom and other platforms.  I've always appreciated 
good online support, but I don't think I quite appreciated how difficult 
it is.  Hat tip to those of you who make it look easy.
