[SML] Temporary Closing

We've stopped selling items and are in the process of wrapping up our
USA company prior to our move.  While we have a definite plan to reopen
by the first of the new year, the future remains unknown as always.

Thanks to all our customers and the help this list has given us since it
was right here that we were encouraged to start doing lighting controls
way back in 1999.  Our business originally started with us doing
carnival attractions in 1981, so it's always been show biz of some sort.

I see one of our large customers has just filed for restructuring.  We
wish them and everyone here the best of luck in the future, and
condolences for all the shows and venues that will remain dark.

We're changing the ownership of our domains to me personally so this
e-mail will continue to work.  It will go back to a business domain when
we have our new office set up.

See you on the other side of the gap.
