I received an email this morning from I former student.  Our PPE stock is already going to the USC hospital, but if any of you out there have unused PPE inventory please consider donating it locally.

Dear Duncan,

I doubt you remember me; I was a Stage Management major at USC over a decade ago. I am now a 3rd year medical student at Dartmouth. I am reaching out to see if the USC Scene Shop has any PPE (masks, gloves, eye protection) on hand that it would be willing to donate to local hospitals. As you may have heard, hospitals are struggling with shortages of PPE during this difficult time. Many hospitals are asking community members to donate any PPE they may have. I realized scene shops might have available PPE. Since theatres have gone dark across the country, I am hoping to be able to find scene shops who would be willing to help the medical community fight this pandemic by donating any PPE they have in stock. Please let me know if you have any questions.

If you are unaware if this is possible, please direct me to someone who may be able to give me more information. Your help is greatly appreciated.
