FIRST, I'd make sure that the production is FULLY ($5M?) insured, with your
institution listed as an 'Additional Insured' specifically for the
risk.involved. SECOND, make sure that a high-ranking 'suit' from your
organization will 'pull the plug' when asked to do so by you/your Delegate.
