[SML] Name that hardware

Actually that is an alignment cleat used as part of a lash system, The lash
cleats looked like a half cleat or a peg. The alignment cleats were screwed
to the back of Broadway flats to force the faces into alignment. You would
put them on each flat when they were inline with each other to form a flat
face.
