[SML] Moving shop update

Guess I'll toss in an update on our move.

We officially closed our USA business.  We'll reopen once we get in the
new place.

The border is closed until the USA stops having all the excess
"positive" virus results.  So, we're still here for a while.

The building here is sold, we can stay until we can leave or the end of
the year, whichever happens first.

Occupancy permit granted.

Contractors are finishing up the walls and ceilings, will have a
slightly textured "nano wallpaper" over the plaster and be ready to
paint when we can get there to pick colors.

Heating in and tested.

Single and 3 phase power in but the outlets won't be put in the boxes
until after the wall guys are done.  Same with ceiling lights.

Water in and ready.

Now for the shock we got, customs rules changed and now we have to pay
duty on everything shipped.  So, we're selling off everything that's not
nailed down here and will buy new there.  At least buying from China is
tax and duty free.

Any theatre around is welcome to inquire about donated or cheap tools.

We're the tall building just past the first power pole, third down the
street.  This is zoned "datcha" which is small farm, residence, small
business so we don't have any zoning problems.
