Jon Ares asked:

But do you have this pose/package for the Cut-Awl?

No, the Big Confidence Energy of that pose package was banned by international convention in 1987. Too powerful. Wish I still had it, there's a polished aluminum drill here that would look awesome with that combo.

With the knife blades in the Cut-Awl (rather than the saw blades), there's no kerf and it's fantastic for softer materials - paper, fabric, whatever. You can set the depth of cut so that you can cut multiple pieces. Homasote makes a good cutting table cover as well. It came out of the die-cutting industry, right? For anyone who hasn't used one it's what happens if a sewing machine and a sabre saw get too close to a gamma ray and meld into one tool. Belt driven motor, linkages, oil cups, etc. The key to its flexibility is that the reciprocating shaft holding the blade can also rotate 360°; the blade trails the pivot the same what that swivel casters trail their pivot so that it cuts straight when pushed straight. For anyone who has used one, sorry for boring you!
