[SML] Facility rental agreements

I have a building owner client (was suppose to be a one day gig since I'm
almost retired) who needs a recommendation for a lawyer to craft a rental
agreement. Four wall deals. They need a production manager but want to hold
off on hiring anyone till they have been open a while. Western NYS.
