Check out "Cable Wrap Gun", "Cable Tie Gun", "Zip Tie Gun", or "Cable Wrap
Tool". I had one that was "lost" during my ill fated move that cut them off
absolutely flush after tightening them to a settable tension. Never got
scratched again.
