Hi Bill Nelson, et al,
On your advice, I cancelled the order I had made earlier in the day with
another vendor I felt uncomfortable with from the outset. Went to the
Inkjetprinthead site and even though the head is $20 more, I ordered it as
it was a Canon OEM and original in the box.  Not sure as to its arrival but
I will definitely view the videos well in advance.

SML comes through again.
