I totally get your career change (where you’ll make a crap-ton more money for less stress) and even leaving the IA, ETCP, etc. 
But please DO stay here. Unless being here breaks your heart so much that you can’t. 
In either case, there’s a bed on the other side of the lake for you if you need to get away.
