[SML] Honor another empty chair at the SML bar....

I'm still processing. Carla was so smart (as many on the SML can
attest) - and such a sweetheart.  As a community leader and politician
in Oregon, Stu was so inspirational in so many ways. Silverton is
certainly in mourning.
