[SML] Creating Fake Neon Sign

For REALLY cheap, just paint it on the set.  If you have UV lights, for a bit of added punch, use fluorescent paint on something like 3/8" backer rod.  Then, use a bright UV light source that is very close by (if diffuse) or use one of the LED based ones that have a narrow beam.  Though, to be truly convincing, it has to be seen against a black background, and without a lot of ambient light.
