[SML] Big book spines

Actual book cover spines are basically just cardboard that's been
covered with cloth. The bowed shape is there so when the book is fully
closed, it is nearly flat. So some card stock and glue fabric or faux
leather, then glue that in turn to the covers. Here is a video of the
